Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older, except for Sundays. This is strictly enforced. <br />

Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.<br />

Looking to stay longer during a quieter time of year? Stays of 5 or 6 nights outside of summer, fall, and holiday dates automatically receive 10% off posted rates!<br />

Additional Notes:<br />
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.<br />
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice for $25 per night plus taxes. You'll receive two bundles of wood per night.<br />
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.<br />
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. <br />
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an included amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.<br />
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)<br />
- The summer concerts are open to all guests. More information and a schedule are found at eaglesnestatbannerelk.<br />
- All linens and towels are provided for your stay.<br />
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures<br />
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.<br />
- A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the main entryway and views the parking area. No camera views the interior of the property or common gathering areas.<br />
- Returning guests of Running Bear Lodge may receive a 10% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts. <br />
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am<br />
<br />
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
