- CANCELLATION POLICY -&nbsp;Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.<br />
- This home is pet friendly for up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with a fee of $25 per night, per dog.&nbsp;<br />
- Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be purchased for an additional $25/night plus tax. This includes two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a Firestarter.<br />
- While the roads to MontEagle are paved, 4WD/AWD or chains may be required to access the home in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly.<br />
- MontEagle is an up and coming community with several lots new homes being built. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.<br />
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a &quot;starter set&quot; of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.<br />
- Returning renters to this home can receive a 5% discount. Not to be stacked with any other offers.&nbsp;<br />
- Parking space for up to 6 vehicles. Guests do not have access to the garage.&nbsp;<br />
