Designed to comfortably accommodate families and groups, Bearfoot Beech features four spacious bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms spread across three levels. The main level offers a king suite, the lower level features an additional king bedroom, and the upper level includes two queen bedrooms, providing privacy and flexibility for every guest. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring the High Country.
The home's open and inviting layout makes gathering together effortless, while the lower-level family room provides the perfect place for movie nights, friendly competition around the foosball table, or simply relaxing after a day on the slopes or hiking trails.
Step outside and experience everything mountain living has to offer. Soak in the private hot tub on the deck beneath the cool mountain air, or spend your evenings gathered around the wood-burning fire pit, roasting marshmallows and sharing stories under the stars.

The home also offers seasonal mountain views and multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy the peaceful setting. Whether you're seeking outdoor adventure or a peaceful mountain escape, Bearfoot Beech is the perfect place to kick back, reconnect, and make lasting memories in the High Country.
Additional Notes:
- AWD or 4WD vehicles may be required in the winter months or in times of inclement weather. Chains may also be necessary. Please come prepared!
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- This home is pet friendly for up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional fee of $25 per day, per dog.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Stayed with us before? Repeat guests returning to Bearfoot Beech can receive a 10% room rent discount, not to be stacked with other discounts.
