The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of space and newly upgraded stainless steel appliances. Coffee lovers will enjoy being able to use either the classic drip-style maker or the Keurig machine! The dining area boasts views from all seats. The living room features very comfortable furniture arranged around a gas-log stone fireplace with a 40-Inch HDTV and DVD player and Home Theater Surround Sound. Then I married my husband and spent fifteen years in the plains of the mid-west. It&rsquo;s been such a mercy to come home to the mountains, this time in Blowing Rock, North Carolina. &nbsp; When we found this property it was hemmed in by trees. &nbsp; No one quite knew what view of the mountains lay hidden behind.&nbsp;</span><br background-color:="" font-size:="" open="" style="box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: " />

- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or&nbsp;with a week&#39;s notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.&nbsp;<br />
- Returning guests of 1 Amazing View may receive a 5% discount off the rent for stays longer than 21 nights.<br />
- PET FEE: $25 PER NIGHT, MAX 1 DOG. HYPO-ALLERGENIC&nbsp;DOGS 20LB AND UNDER ONLY PLEASE<br />
- The driveway is plowed in winter, but&nbsp;4WD&nbsp;or&nbsp;AWD&nbsp;vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access the all properties in winter months. We are happy to help you find the home with the access you are most comfortable with, any time of year!<br />

- CANCELLATION POLICY -<br />
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.<br />
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.<br />
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.<br />
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
