The spacious great room has exposed beam cathedral ceilings, leather furniture, a 42&rdquo; LCD flatscreen TV with streaming services and a DVD player, and a stone gas fireplace. The dining area is lit overhead with a Tiffany fixture and will seat 6 people comfortably with room for two more at the kitchen counter. There are also French doors leading outside to the large deck. The kitchen is well-equipped and immaculate with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Down the hall from the dining area is the laundry room, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with 2 Queen beds.<br style="box-sizing: border-box;" />

The master bedroom wing of the house is off the great room. This bedroom has a King bed, French doors leading to the deck, a writing desk, a leather chair and ottoman, and a TV with a DVD player. The private adjacent bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower and double vanities with a wide counter area.</span></span></p>

- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.<br />
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a &quot;starter set&quot; of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided<br />
