This spacious and beautifully maintained 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental is nestled on a quiet corner lot in Bluffton Park, just minutes from historic Old Town Bluffton, the vibrant Promenade, and the scenic May River of Bluffton, SC. Enjoy the perfect location for exploring charming boutiques, incredible restaurants, art galleries, and the white sandy beaches of Hilton Head Island, SC. This rental home includes access to a 2-car garage, where you'll find beach chairs and corn-hole for your added enjoyment.
Inside, you’ll find an open-concept layout designed for relaxation and togetherness. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to cook up your favorite dishes, especially fresh local seafood. A comfortable living and dining area make it easy to unwind, while a downstairs Queen bedroom with office space and full bath across the hall offer convenience for guests avoiding stairs. Upstairs, the spacious King suite features a double vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and private wraparound balcony with rocking chairs and a ceiling fan—the perfect place to sip sweet tea and watch the world go by. Two additional Queen bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, ideal for families or couples. Each bedroom includes a large-screen TV and plush bedding for ultimate comfort.
Outside features a private fenced backyard with Weber grill, gas firepit, and Adirondack chairs—perfect for evening conversations under southern stars. The rocking-chair front porch and two-car garage add even more comfort and charm. Beach chairs and towels are provided. Walk to local parks, cafés, and shops, or enjoy access to the neighborhood amenities including a fitness trail, park, seasonal splash pad, playground, and dog park —all just steps from your front door. Pet-friendly for one well-behaved, housebroken dog ($200 fee applies – no aggressive breeds). Reservations over 21 days will require a mid-stay clean for $150.
Beach chairs, beach towels, and washer and dryer are provided for guest use.
Security: Cameras that capture audio and video are present outdoors monitoring entrances.
When a reservation is made, a confirmation email with House Rules and Regulations for this specific property will be emailed and require guest signature prior to confirmation of reservation.

"The property was found to be exactly as advertised and was overall very clean. Parking was adequate with access to a 2 car garage in addition to street and driveway parking. There’s a large fenced in yard that is a perfect green space for your dogs. Please note that the property has a strict no cat policy. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials and open to the great room which provides for easy gathering of your travelers. The host was communicative and usually responded to questions within a hour. We would not hesitate to recommend to others.

"The property was in a great location. It was a beautiful home and everyone had their own bedroom. Everything in the home was updated and modern. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable with sidewalks. We traveled with 2 dogs so the fenced in backyard was perfect. We were able to grill out on the Weber grill. The top deck off of the Primary bedroom was so enjoyable! We were close enough to Hilton Head and Savannah and enjoyed exploring Bluffton too. Cleanliness and communication was top tier. We would highly recommend staying in this home.

"My husband & I stayed at 7 - 5th Avenue, and it was everything we saw in the pictures and more! Beautiful decor - we felt right at home. Everything was clean & ready to use. Loved having the grill, outside fire pit, and yard to ourselves. The garage was also a huge plus! Any issues were handled quickly and resolved. Great communication! Super cute & super comfortable - we loved it! It was also great to be so close to shopping and restaurants - nothing was too far away at all.
