Bluffton Traveler is led by Jordan Martin, Property Manager in Charge (PMIC), who brings more than a decade of property management experience in the Lowcountry. Jordan began her career in residential long-term property management, developing extensive experience in client relationships, day-to-day operations and strategies designed to improve property performance.
As her role expanded into new business development, Jordan recognized Bluffton's growing appeal as a vacation destination. After researching local market trends and the increasing demand for short-term accommodations, she identified an opportunity for a vacation rental management company built specifically around the Bluffton market. From that vision, Bluffton Traveler was created.
The company quickly established itself in the area, growing to a portfolio of more than 14 vacation rental properties within its first two years of operation. Today, Jordan continues to lead Bluffton Traveler with an emphasis on professional service, strategic growth and seamless experiences for both property owners and guests.
