Vacation Rental Policies

Half of payment due upon booking and half due 45 days out from arrival. 

Check in 4pm - 10pm. Early check-in availiable for $50 if requested in advance. 

Check out at 10am. Late check out availiable upon advanced request for $50 fee. 

3 - 90 nights. 

Tax of 10% on total cost. 

Cancel up to 45 days out from arrival date for full refund less reservation fee and tax. 

Housekeeping departure clean $300 USD, $50 amenity fee, reservation fee dependant on rent. Mid-stay clean ($150) required for reservations over 21 days.
