Property Description

Adorable waterfront home with wonderful view, boat dock and screened in porch. Beautifully decorated and well equipped, Sunset's End features a boat dock with tie up space for 1 boat. The dock is also a great spot to sunbathe or to enjoy catching your own fish and crabs from dock! Sunset's End has a waterfront screened porch with porch swing and rocking chairs and is a wonderful place to laze the day away while watching beautiful Island sunsets. Open floor plan with ceramic tile flooring in the common areas and plush carpeting in the bedrooms. The waterview master bedroom has a King bed with a private full bath, the second bedroom has 1 Queen, third bedroom has 1 Double and 1 Twin Daybed with a Twin trundle. Security cameras at exterior entrys. Covered parking is available.

Amenities: Central heat/air conditioning, phone, free Wi-Fi, 3 cable TV's, DVD, VCR, stereo, full sized washer/dryer, outdoor shower, large screened deck and boat dock. Well equipped kitchen includes all dishware, utensils, glassware, pots/pans, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, automatic drip coffee maker, hand mixer, crock pot, blender / toaster.

Bed sizes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double, / 2 Twins (1 daybed with pull out trundle). Linens are provided.

No smoking. No Pets. 11% lodging tax, $30 reservation fee and $150.00 cleaning fee added to all reservations. Refundable $400 damage deposit required. Payment equal to one half of the rental amount is due 60 days prior to arrival for summer season reservations. Please note: Wi-Fi service on the Island can be spotty and Wi-Fi consistency, connection speed or strength cannot be guaranteed.
