The home has a lovely open floor plan and is beautifully furnished for your comfort. Each bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed! The unique second floor bedroom and bath has lovely custom wood work. Afternoon delight has a large deck with covered and open areas to enjoy the views and evening sunsets. Covered concrete parking is available under home.

Amenities: Central heat/air conditioning, boat dock, seawall, dock sink, outdoor shower, phone, 2 TV's (1 TV with Cable and 1 with DVD player), DVD/VCR. Washer/dryer is located in ground floor storage area. Well equipped kitchen includes all dishware, utensils, glassware, pots/pans, microwave, ice maker, blender, dishwasher, automatic drip coffee maker and toaster. Please note: property owner's boat is often stored at dock on the boat lift, and the boat and Jet Ski lifts attached to dock are not available for use by renters.
