The traditional 4 bedroom chalet offers you incredible access to the Franconia Notch National Forest attractions. These attractions are popular all year, from Echo Lake and Cannon to the Flume Gorge and the Basin, as well as countless stunning hikes. Lincoln and Franconia are also within easy reach. This home is built in the traditional Austrian chalet style. It has decades of ski history that accents the walls and furniture. Enjoy the beauty of this part of the White Mountains! You will wish you could have stayed longer, whether you are skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, or fishing. HOUSE RULES:

-Check in after 4PM, unless otherwise permitted

Checkout at 11 am. Unauthorized late checkouts subject $100/hr fee

-The reported guest count cannot be exceeded in the unit without approval

-No events, parties or large gatherings

-It is not acceptable for people, instruments or tvs to be so loud that they are a nuisance to others.

Guests are expected to observe posted speed limits and drive with caution.

No smoking in the unit. $250 penalty for violations

-No fireworks; $100 fee for violations

-No trash to be left out at any time. $100 penalty for violating this policy

Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets are subject to a $1,000 fee and immediate expulsion from the unit.
