Loft area overlooking main area with board and card games MAIN LEVEL Open concept living/dining/kitchen area TV and electric fireplace in living area Dining table with seating for 6 Kitchen with new stainless steel countertops and appliances 2 bedrooms, each with queen bed and large closets full shared bath with shower/tub combo Access via a glass slider to an elevated deck with a propane grill and covered seating LOWER LEVEL Secondary living area with additional board games, large sectional, TV, and 2 Twin beds Half bath with laundry Walkout access to yard KEY FEATURES: Free wifi provided by ViaSat Electronic Door Locks Brand new appliances Grill Large private yard with firepit Pet Friendly (fee applies) DISCLOSURES - Property may have exterior, non-audio recording cameras for security.
