Property Description

This home is located in the Forest Cottage section of Bretton Woods. It is an easy walk or "skate” to the beginner ski trail. There is also a flat ski path directly behind the house. The home has been completely renovated from its original structure to include a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and modern bathrooms with white and grey marble. A fully finished basement offers ski access, foosball and air hockey tables. This home is an end unit, which provides privacy and forest surroundings to the rear and sides. It is also higher than the parking area, making it feel light and airy. The cottage is bright and well-appointed with original artwork throughout. This cottage is perfect for families as well as for those who are looking for a luxurious, comfortable home in the middle of everything the White Mountains have. Enjoy a day on the course or exploring the area and then return to your most comfortable home.
The main level houses the open-concept kitchen/living/dining area, which has modern appliances and a large table that seats 8. This floor has two bedrooms. One with a queen bed, private balcony, ensuite bathroom, and an ensuite bathroom. The other with a king-sized bed and a bath across the hall. A second bathroom is available for added convenience. The outdoor deck has a large table and propane grill, which adds to the enjoyment. A wood burning fireplace is also available (wood not included). Downstairs you'll find 2 additional bedrooms each with 2 twin beds and a shared bathroom. This floor also has a living area with a foosball and air hockey table as well as a TV. It is perfect for the kids while the adults have fun upstairs. The lower level's back door gives direct access to the flat ski access trail that leads to beginner ski areas.

This Home does not have AC. Our climate is mild so AC is not usually required. Fans are available
Foosball and Air Hockey Tables are other features! There are two separate living areas on each floor. Books and board games. Internet and cable are available. Outdoor deck with large table, propane grill. Ski Access: The path from the house to the learning quad and bunny hill at Bretton Woods is the access path. One road crosses the property (Forest Lane). The rear exit at the lower level leads directly to the ski access path.
*Please note that there are two flights of stairs between the parking area and the entry to this home. The entry is located on the ground floor. The lower level is below grade and has an exit to the lower level for egress.
