Arrival and Departure</strong>

<li>All interactions are virtual, but our office team and ground crew are available for assistance.</li>

<strong>Occupancy and Pets</strong>

<li>The total number of guests at the property must not exceed the number listed in the booking. The guest count should reflect the correct number of adults (12+), children (2+), and pets. <strong>Driving Access, Parking, and Entryway</strong>

<li>Parking is limited to 2 CARS.</li>
<li>Each property has parking limits based on capacity and/or potential rules of the Homeowner’s Association. Guests must abide by these limitations to protect the physical property and the space of neighbors. Additional vehicles must be parked in specified overflow parking areas. Trailers or RVs may not be parked at any property without permission. Excess vehicles may be towed.</li>
<li>Access from parking to the front door requires climbing stairs.</li>

<strong>Trash and Recycling</strong><br />
You can leave trash and single-stream recycling in the unit at the end of your stay. Your rental includes disposal of your trash after your stay. Additional pickups are available for a fee.<br />
