This fully renovated condo steps from the beginner ski area of Bretton Woods is perfect for a family getaway! Access to the slopes couldn't be any easier - you can put your skis on and use the path in front of the building, or just walk a few steps to the end of the parking area to be right on the main trail. Getting home is so easy that you can avoid expensive meals at the lodge and simply come home for lunch, then head right back out! 

Peacefully set with a serene woodland view, the home is set on 2 floors plus a sleeping loft. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and convenient Keurig coffee maker, a dining room with seating for 6, a half bath, and a cozy living room with wood burning fireplace and smart TV. Downstairs, you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom; a stackable washer and dryer is also available for your convenience. Additional sleeping space is available on the upstairs open loft, where you will find a comfortable queen bed, plus a pull out sofa bed in the living room.

Arrival and Departure

<li aria-level="1" style="list-style-type:disc">Lock codes are provided 1-hour before check-in subject to signing the Rental Agreement.</li>
<li aria-level="1" style="list-style-type:disc">All interactions are virtual, but our office team and ground crew are available for assistance.</li>

Driving Access, Parking, and Entryway:

Guests must abide by these limitations to protect the physical property and the space of neighbors. Additional vehicles must be parked in specified overflow parking areas. Trailers or RVs may not be parked at any property without permission. Excess vehicles may be towed.</li>
<li aria-level="1" style="list-style-type:disc">Access from parking to the front door requires climbing down a staircase to the unit’s entryway.</li>

Trash and Recycling
