With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a wood-burning fireplace to cozy up to on a cold winter&#39;s night, and two living areas with large TVs and ample seating plus a pool table, this is a perfect home for a family vacation or a group traveling together. The kitchen was recently renovated, and guests have been raving about the well stocked, new kitchen with new appliances, cabinets and countertops.&nbsp; As an upgrade, we also replaced toilets and a new mattress&nbsp;in the master bedroom. Add a Wii system and DirectTV with ESPN, and you just may not want to leave!&nbsp;<br />

Situated in the popular Mount Washington Place neighborhood, less than 2 minutes from the ski slopes and the iconic OMNI Mount Washington Hotel, this vacation home is an end unit, offering privacy and views of the ski trails on one side and the woods on the other, and gives easy access to all the attractions that make the White Mountains such a popular 4-season destination. There are even on site hiking trails - including an easy loop through beautiful forest and the moderately challenging Little Mount Deception trail, which opens up to a stunning view of Mount Washington, and a shared tennis court!<br />

Guests must abide by these limitations to protect the physical property and the space of neighbors. Additional vehicles must be parked in specified overflow parking areas. Trailers or RVs may not be parked at any property without permission. Excess vehicles may be towed.</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt;">The property is situated in a quiet mountain setting, accessible via scenic town roads and a private, HOA-maintained dirt/packed gravel road. Access is easy in warmer months. In winter, especially during or after snowfall, conditions can be more challenging. An AWD/4WD vehicle and/or snow tires are strongly recommended. The HOA professionally plows the private road, although weather conditions may still affect driving.</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt;">Access from parking to the front door requires climbing 2 steps.</li>

You can leave trash and single-stream recycling in the unit at the end of your stay. Your rental includes disposal of your trash after your stay. Additional pickups are available for a fee.<br />
