We've stayed at the Island Princess multiple times and IP213 continued to meet our needs well. The second floor view was great, though there was some concern on that before arriving. Easy access with stairs and an elevator close by. The layout was great four our two couples and everything was very comfortable. We'll definitely consider this property on our next trip. I would recommend the second bedroom be updated with curtains and a new bed frame for even better sleep. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Nice place except for one thing. The first thing you see on the 2nd floor is an overflowing trash can. Out of seven days it was only not overflowing 1 day. No big deal to me but an eyesore very visible as soon as you arrive. Great place though.

The condo was comfortable and in a great location. It was close to the beach and had a great view. The condo was clean and have everything we needed. We had two maintenance issues on two separate days. When we called to report these issues, maintenance was sent out within the hour and fixed both items quickly.
