The unit was nicely updated amd had everything we needed. Only complaint would be that the beds are super firm. The location is on the quiet side and away fromnthe traffic but still close enough to the stores and eateries. Would go back again for sure.The fire alarm went off one night in the middle of the night so that was fun evacuating a whole building with a baby : )

The condo unit was exactly what we were wanting and expecting. The check in was flawless check out was simple. The distance to restaurants and activities was great. Brooks and Shorey Resorts made the process very convenient.

Our only complaint would be the with the local government closing the beaches for Rip Currents when other municipalities remained open (same conditions). The closures seemed overly cautious. There is no point in traveling to the gulf if the gulf is un-available. This is not a complaint for the unit but for the area overall.

We would definitely rent this unit again, would just prepare ourselves for the potential of no Gulf access.

Our family loved this condo. Located right off the elevator and had the most amazing views of the sun rising, sun setting and of course the Gulf. Most beautiful white sand, clear blue waters and seeing sting rays jumping in the water. Every morning we sat on the deck and watched the dolphins pass by. Condo was very clean and spacious. My only complaint is that they didn’t have a complete set of pots and pans to cook a meal. We did enjoy eating at Asiagos, Great Bay Steamer (a little too expensive for us), Rockin Tacos (our favorite), and we had Thanksgiving lunch at Brotula’s (absolutely amazing).

Wonderful condo. Beautiful view. Perfect amount of space with beautiful, comfortable decor. Well stocked with extra towels. We enjoyed being able to use the extra beach chair. Would’ve loved a pizza pan. Maybe a book to recommend restaurants from past visitors would be a fun touch to add.

This condo is clean and beautiful and just like the pictures on the website showed. It had the perfect view to the ocean with being in the middle on the 4th floor. It had all the kitchen appliances we needed along with plates, silverware, paper towels, etc. We had 3 light bulbs out in different areas and maintenance was quick to respond and get them replaced. There was a leak in the laundry room coming from the washer and maintenance came out and fixed it quickly and professionally. The only item that needs to be replaced is the screen door to the back patio - it was ripped when we arrived. The location was great as it was close to multiple shops, grocery stores, and not far from Destin. We would definitely stay in this unit again in the future!
