The unit had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed our time on the balcony. The high table and chairs allowed the shorter ones with us to see over the balcony railing rather than through it. The staff at Brooks and Shorey were very responsive to an appliance issue we had. One elevator was out during our stay but that caused very little inconvenience as there was another working elevator (helpful when you're on the 7th floor).

Overall, the complex was in great condition. It was unfortunate and would’ve been very helpful to have known prior to arrival that the main board walk to the beach was going to be under repair and not usable for our entire stay. After some maintenance workers waterlogged some of the elevator controls, there were elevator issues for most of our stay wear one or both or not working at different times. The staff was incredibly friendly and landscaping was on point. And as usual, anytime I needed to speak with Brooks and Shorey the staff was always incredibly friendly and helpful.

Our stay was amazing, the ocean view every morning was definitely a highlight of the trip. The location is only 15min drive to destin, restaurants and the pier were a close drive as well. The condo itself was kept clean, could use some updating but overall was clean space.

Family of 4 Beach Getaway 2021-08-24

My husband and I along with our 6 and 9 year old children stayed here for a long weekend getaway on the beach. The location was perfect! We had a direct view of the beach which was a wonderful way to start and end our day. The accommodations we perfect for our family of 4. We had an unexpected problem when one of the tube drains became clogged. One call to the after hours line and someone came first thing in the morning to fix the problem. The only suggestion that I would have is replacement of the throw pillows on the couch which were very dirty. However, the rest of the stay was great.
