The location was perfect for us as it is right on the beach and being able to go to places we wanted to visit. The condo is very clean and current on decor/furniture! We had absolutely no problems with this rental and would gladly rent again.

The place was clean and overall in good repair. Check in and everything worked according to plan. Parking was easy. The building was family friendly and the other guests were as well. We’d be happy to stay again at Pelican Isle. We loved the beach and the water. Wonderful vacation.

The unit was clean,and had most everything we needed. We brought our own Kuerig Coffee maker since pictures showed a reg coffee maker..could use a few wine glasses but that is being picky.The master bedroom was spacious and the matress was kids staying in the 2nd bedroom said the matress was a bit hard and should be rep[laced..overall it was a great location..we stayed the week of July 4th beach wasnt over crowded at all,traffic on the island wasnt bad..even made it to Mcguires in Destin in 15 mins..trick is to always eat early!

There is no longer a gym so pictures are deceiving. The staff was great very friendly. Overall good time but probably won't return.

Right on the beach. A 6th floor balcony. Top floor of the building, so you don’t hear anyone walking over your room. It was just like the description and pictures showed. A lot more room than I expected. Loved the beach service! It’s one of the last buildings on the road, so it’s very quiet. The management company was very helpful and quick to respond to any of my questions.

My family had a wonderful time staying in this condo at Pelican Isle. The condo was clean, right on the beach, and had plenty of room for our family of four. It includes a master bedroom, a second bedroom, PLUS a bunk area, PLUS a fold-out couch - we had more than enough room to spread out! The kitchen was well stocked, which made it easy to social distance since we could cook our meals in the condo, and the washer/dryer unit came in very handy. They even provided soap for our first load of laundry! The condo was ready for us early, which was also a plus. The pictures shown are not deceiving at all - it is as lovely as it looks. We will definitely be back!
