The condo 103, was excellent. Nicely furnished and very comfortable. The pool however is an embarrassment to the condo. Was cleaned each morning but within 5 minutes after he left, the absence of a functional skimmer made it impossible to use each day.

We had an amazing stay at Summerlin 103 during May. The property and condo were very clean. We had amazing views from our balcony the whole time. We had 4 guests staying in this unit and it had plenty of room for all of us. The walk to the beach was also so nice and convenient. We also really liked that the property had an elevator because one of our guest has a hard time with stairs. Overall it was an excellent stay and we would recommend it and we would stay again. The only things we felt like we were missing in this condo was a hair dryer and dish soap so don’t forget to pack those.

This condo was a great fit for us! We liked the smaller condo because there were fewer people on the beach! What a relief not to have to fight for a spot every day! The designated covered parking spot was awesome too! The unit itself was very clean and completely up to date. We will definitely be back!

We had a fabulous time at Summerlin and I always book through Brooks and Shorey because they deliver prompt, courteous service ever time. I highly recommend them. The unit was clean and beautiful with great gulf views. I’ve stayed in a number of units and they are equally impeccable. Brooks and Shorey manages many properties on Santa Rosa. Take your pick. You can’t go wrong with them!

We really loved the condo and would definitely stay in this one again. It was generally clean and well stocked. The location is perfect. I was concerned about being right above the pool but noise was never an issue. The only problem was that the shower in the second bathroom does not drain. After the first time we tried to shower in it, we only used the master shower from then on. The master shower is gorgeous.

This is the place if you want a nice place enjoy the beach and relax without all the crowds and people sitting on top of you. Swimming pool is small but we don’t go to enjoy the pool. There’s a great place to grill.

Condo was great! Rainy weather and could not get in ocean on Friday so just left Saturday morning it was pouring rain again. One cloudy day and three rainy days. Hope to come back again in fall so hopefully weather will be better.
