The rental looked just like the pictures! The location was nice and quiet but close enough to Destin which is where we ended up eating dinner most nights. Dealing with Brooks and Shorey was a breeze and they were very quick at responding when I had questions.

The condo was wonderful, the view was beautiful , could not ask for a better location. Would definitely stay here again. We have stayed in this area for several years and also have stayed in Destin and Mirimar and we really enjoyed the more quiet area of this stay but could drive to the other areas if we desired to do so. The condo is clean and well appointed. Location was great, not crowded, and had ample parking. The only thing I didn't like was the sea grass in the water, which couldn't be helped.

This is our 3rd stay in this condo, 5th stay at Summerlin. This condo has been recently updated with new furniture and it is beautiful. The staff is always so kind and helpful. Everyone is very friendly and our stay is always memorable and fun. We have enjoyed making memories here with our family and would recommend to everyone

Overall, great stay 2020-10-29

Toilets were small, something you would find in a camper, and had to be plunged frequently to flush. There were no screens on doors so it was difficult to open doors and enjoy the sounds of the ocean in the evening. The bed in the master is comfortable, although the pillows were flat and hard. I would highly recommend new pillows. The guest room bed was very firm. If you like to cook a lot you might find it difficult to find enough cookware for your meal. Overall, the Summerlin is one of our favorites because it is away from the hustle and bustle; however, this condo was probably not our most favorite that we have stayed in. With all this being said, I would stay here again. It was clean and it was nice having a reserved covered parking spot. This property is safe and you never feel crowded on the beach.
