Our condo at Summerlin was clean, comfortable, in a perfect location, and well maintained. Brooks and Shorey was very communicative about their expectations for us and also what we could expect from them. The weather was perfect and the dolphins performed almost on queue! A stellar week!

Beautiful condo. Comfy beds. Well furnished kitchen. Maintenance responded quickly. Extra umbrella for beach. Office personnel was very professional and helpful. Dishwasher was temporarily broken but they gave us a small compensation. Shower water pressure was adequate but not strong. Recommend Gulf Coast Seafood, Old Florida Fish House, Sealand Restaurant, Rockin' Tacos, Boshamps.

The getaway for Christmas was perfect. Brooks and Shorey make booking, check-in, check-out and the experience easy and pleasurable. The condo was extremely well stocked with the utensils we needed to prepare and serve a Christmas feast for us and our 4 guests. The location of the condo is ideal and the views are fantastic.
I couldn’t help but note, however, that the condo could stand some freshening up inside. Apparently some scars or scratches on the walls had been repaired with a non-matching paint that made the place look a little forlorn and in need of maintenance.
That said, I would gladly stay there again as all of the positives far outweighed this one negative. If I owned it, however, ownership pride would require me to update the painting inside.
