We had a great week at the beach, this condo is very nice, located on the top floor with gorgeous views of the beach. Bedrooms were nice, A/C worked great to keep the place cool while you are out for the day. We have stayed at the Surf Dweller twice now without any issues.

Awesome Condo! At a great time and the view was amazing! Very comfortable beds and pillows and reclining sofa and loveseat were awesome! Love the table and chairs on the patio we were a lot of the time eating meals and watching the dolphins and watching people on the beach and watching beautiful sunsets! I’ll definitely be back!

Very clean unit. Only issue was the sliding door in living room was a definite two handed operation. Very hard to open. Enjoyed the free explorie experiences too

Perfect vacation! 2022-05-23

This is our 3rd time to Okaloosa Island and 1st time to surf dweller 709. We absolutely loved the condo and the beautiful emerald waters. The beds were extremely comfortable for all party’s! Master bed was soft and squishy just how we like it. The two beds in other room were a bit firmer but perfect for those family members. The pillows we’re a mix of firm and smooshy! The headboard on master seemed to be broken. But didn’t hinder our stay. The condo seemed a bit old and worn, but still beautiful. The washer and dryer were old and should probably be replaced. The vent on outside I don’t think has been cleaned by out ever which could be a fire hazard. We cleaned it out while we were there. The beautiful view from balcony was astonishing! The patio furniture could use some updating. Maybe with taller stool type lounge chairs to see over the rail when sitting. Or a mixture maybe. And def anew table. As the current one is rusting out. The elevator certification expired in 8/2021. Which really needs to be addressed. But it was ok. Overall we rate this condo a 100 out of 10 and would definitely visit again!

Very clean & spacious condo. Well stocked with all necessities. Quiet unit in a great location. Large balcony is awesome! Excellent communication and responsive property management. Unit 709 could use some updates but overall has everything you need for a great vacation and beach stay. Would definitely book this one again.

We go to the beach a lot and this was one of the best condo's we have ever stayed at. We did have difficulty with the air conditioning. Apparently it was on a 4 hour "block." After 4 hours it would shut off and revert to 78 degrees. We were very uncomfortable the first night. We don't overuse the air conditioning, but if you are worried about the cost of utilities than raise the rental rates instead of trying to control the air conditioning. Except for the first night of being hot and humid it was a great visit. Thanks, Regards, Bruce
