The unit was clean and well decorated. It was stocked with everything we needed. When garbage disposal broke, maintenance came and replaced immediately.

Didn’t love the building. Old and in need of significant repair. Pool was a disappointment. Parking was scary. Spaces between posts!

Thank you for your feedback. You are correct. The unit is great, but the building is a little older. The pool location is an advantage for everyone who doesn't want to hear any noise related to it - it is on the side of the building. It is disadvantage if you want to see it from your balcony. The Palms is a smaller complex with parking size relevant to the building capacity.

Palms 203 is a very clean, comfortable condo with a great view of the gulf. Close to all amenities. We have been visiting the Emerald Coast for last 10/12 years. This was one of the nicest condos we have visited.

Our condo had everything we could have needed for our 6 day vacation including some things we expected to have to get for ourselves that were provided. The view is breathtaking, the parking is super close, elevator works great, there are carts provided to help with luggage too. The walk to the water is short and the chairs/umbrella provided are amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very nicely decorated and very clean. A great balcony right on the water. We will certainly stay in this unit again. Condo was ready early and I live the ease of check in.

Great experience! Pictures are exactly like the condo, location was PERFECT right on the beach! This was our first family vacation and check in and out could have not be easier! Everything was stocked and ready to go and clean. i would recommend housekeeper to clean floors not just sweep and drain in master bath to be cleaned out it was draining really slow but a real easy fix. Parking is a little tight as well. Overall i would say if you are looking for a good location right on the beach this is your place!

This condo was the perfect fit for our family of four. The views were outstanding and the condo itself was decorated and maintained beautifully! Everyone that we spoke with, from the property manager to the lifeguard on the beach were kind, helpful and a joy to work with.
