Great condo and location 2021-07-05

We are two moms and two daughters who stayed here for a dance competition. We loved the condo. It’s a small building so the beach was never as crowded as the beaches with bigger buildings. The condo was clean and the perfect size. Beds were very comfy. Our only complaint was a ceiling leak and a backed up bathroom sink that overflowed and got water all over the floor in the bathroom. I called the rental office and they sent maintenance. They were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Location was great, beautiful and spectacular. The condo was clean and what we had expected. The weather was great, but the ocean did not cooperate as we could only get in one day. More details need to be said that check in might not be until 6pm. Because we arrived a little before 4pm based in the 4pm check in and stated it was not ready. Saw a person show up about 430pm with cleaning stuff and a few minutes later we got the call. So if that person was cleaning that was not much cleaning. I am hoping they were just checking on the cleaning by staff to give go ahead.

I have been meeting up with my grown children and their spouses for 5 years now in Destin, this by far has been our favorite property to stay. I love the location and how close it is to the beach. This rental is so close to so many great restaurants. Absolutely the best place to stay, will be making this our family vacation place��

September Get way 2020-10-18

With the exception of loosing a couple days when hurricane Sally came through ,everything was great.
5th floor had a million dollar view. The beds slept great. I have had a back fusion last year so the bed comfort means a lot. The pictures pretty much shows everything as is. The kitchen does need a few of the skillets replaced (stuck a lot), but there was everything you need top cook with. Cooked every morning and a few evenings. I will be back.

We enjoyed every minute! The condo was clean and appeared to have been painted recently. Everything was in good condition except an old chair in the living room which needs to be replaced. Great location on Okaloosa Island! The beach was beautiful and not crowded behind the condo. To the left and to the right of the condo was far more crowded. It’s also a very short walk to the beach. The freebies we took advantage of were the beach service and golf. Great deal! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The condo was very clean, had everything we needed. Decorated so cute! The check in, check out process is super easy on the app and with keyless entry and parking passes in the condo, no waiting in line to check in. The only down was the pool was small and there were no chairs to lay out or put your things on.

My stay at The Palms was great, ocean view, condo was clean, bedrooms was spacious. I would stay again. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking, it’s too tight for a SUV so I parked on the outside of the parking garage

We thoroughly enjoyed our Condo. It was clean and plenty spacious for a family of 5. I would love to have the same one next year. The facility was well kept and well lit. I felt safe the entire time.

Of all the condos I've ever been to this was definitely the best. The view was incredible, the price was reasonable, the employees were great, and the condo was so clean I could eat off the floors... But didn't.
