Brooks and Shorey sets the gold standard for a perfect vacation experience. From their friendly reservation process to an exceptionally clean condo. They responded immediately to a request that we needed assistance accessing the TV. The balcony furniture is comfortable affording a great view of dolphins. We will return!

Wonderful location on the truly beautiful white powder sand beaches of the emerald waters coast. Great beach walk to the pier. The rental was nicely laid out and kitchen was well appointed. Nice pool and hot tub, never seemed crowded. Covered garage parking, close to elevator. Overall great experience. We will go again.

This is the fourth time I’ve stayed in Fort Walton...but, Island Princess will now be our go-to! The condo itself was perfect, I’ve never stayed in a condo as clean as this one was—the only thing that was not too clean was the tile floors. Bathrooms were spotless, which is huge for me! The view, it simply cannot be beat. Beach attendants were super friendly. Had an issue with the tub/shower door and the air conditioning, but as soon as it was reported, it was taken care of within a few hours. We look forward to staying in 605 again!
