This cozy unit is situated in the first of three condominium buildings at the base Bryce Resort’s ski slopes and bike trails. This property is incredibly convenient: it's only a 50-yard stroll to the main ski/bikelift, 75-yards to the ski/bike store, and 100-yards to the Resort's main Lodge, Restaurant & Bar. The golf course pro-shop is only 0.4 miles away or a short drive. The Aspen East Pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day from 7am-10pm), located adjacent to the building, is a favorite of both kids and adults.   FEATURES & AMENITIES: Aspen East #135 has a studio layout (one room) with a retractable divider to create separate privacy for the bedroom and living room if desired. This unit is located on the third floor (top), 32 steps from the parking lot. The slope-side balcony offers a great view of Great North Mountain and the valley as well as Bryce Resorts' slopes, ski lifts, and lodge. All Bryce Resort Activities are available to guests from the front row! The vaulted ceilings of this unit and the five windows fill the condo with natural light. The reward is well worth the effort! This large, open condo is decorated in a mountain theme that will make you want to stay.   This unit features a galley style kitchen. Dining is possible at the eat-at bar in the kitchen or at a small seating space in front of large windows that overlook the Resort lodge. The living room has a large stone fireplace that is not operable, comfortable furnishings and a flat-screen TV. The sleeping arrangements include a king bed, trundle beds (two twins), and a flat screen TV. The renovated bathroom has separate, immaculate powder room and shower/commode room.   Please carefully review the listing pictures. This is a comfortable, affordable retreat for guests of all types.   The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware and tableware. Appliances are also provided. Please bring your favorite grind. The condo also comes with bedding (pillows and blankets), fresh linens for the beds, a towel set per maximum occupants. There are also two dishwasher tabs. We encourage guests who have large groups, are staying for several nights, or are heavy consumers of consumables to bring extra supplies, or purchase them from the local Basye Community Store.   The flat screen TV includes an Amazon Firestick to sign onto your favorite streaming services. The high-speed WiFi is enough for gaming, streaming and working.   OTHER NOTABLES: Pets are NOT permitted. This is a Self Check-In unit. You will receive instructions for check-in seven days before your arrival. These instructions include the address of the property, driving directions, an unique Key Code and other important information. Please DO NOT use the fireplace.   Local security and police enforce the quiet hours after 10:00pm.   MOUNTAIN & VALLEY FUN: Bryce Resort has many activities throughout the year. These include snow skiing/boarding and snow tubing. Other activities include swimming in Lake Laura, canoeing and paddle boarding.
