This cozy updated condo is in the middle of three condo buildings at the base of Bryce Resort&rsquo;s ski slopes and mountain bike trails.&nbsp; No other location beats this condo&#39;s convenience: a 50-yard walk to the main ski/bike lift, a 75-yard walk to the ski/bike shop, and a 100-yard walk to the Resort&rsquo;s main lodge, restaurant &amp; bar.&nbsp; The golf course pro shop is a 0.4 mile walk or short drive.&nbsp; Kids and adults alike also love its easy access to the renovated (2026) Aspen East pool (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, 7am-10pm) - a short walk from this condo&#39;s patio.<br />

Aspen East #217: Stews &amp; Brews is a one bedroom, one bathroom, ground floor unit - walk in with no steps from parking lot level!&nbsp; The back patio offers a front-row seat on the ski slopes, bike park, and major fireworks shows (typically Brycefest Weekend/July 4 and New Years Eve), as well as a nice view of the mountains to the northwest.&nbsp; This condo is one of few with true ski-in/ski-out, bike-in/bike-out access!<br />

It&#39;s a classy, well-appointed ground floor condo with large stone wood-burning fireplace. The living room features ample gathering space, comfy furnishings, and a smart TV. Dining is bar seating for four at the kitchen bar/counter.&nbsp; The huge bedroom as a queen bed and additional sleeping capacity is provided by a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.&nbsp; This condo accommodates up to four guests. The bathroom features separate powder and shower/commode rooms.<br />

The kitchen includes basic cookware, tableware, appliances, and a basket-style drip coffee maker (filters provided, but please bring your favorite grind).&nbsp; The condo is also supplied with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper, two dishwasher tabs, three kitchen trash bags, one bath trash bag, one paper towel roll, two kitchen dish towels, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad.&nbsp; We encourage guests with larger groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store.&nbsp;<br />
<br />
Firewood is available for purchase at the Kiosk in our office parking lot (2565 Orkney Grade), the Basye Community Store, and a variety of other nearby roadside stands.<br />
<br />
High-speed internet is delivered through a mesh WiFi network running at speeds up to 600mbps -- perfect nearly anything you&#39;d like to do online.<br />

This is a Self-Check-In unit.&nbsp; You&#39;ll receive check-in instructions seven days prior to arrival that include the property&#39;s address, driving directions, a unique Key Code, and other important information.<br />

Quiet hours after 10:00 pm are strongly enforced by the local security and police. Please be mindful of noise and your neighbors - residents and guests come to Bryce Resort to get away from the noise!<br />
