Property Description

Villa #114 is a ranch-style home (one floor), situated on a flat, quiet woodland lot. The front deck is only one step away and the front door is four steps further. The rear deck is surrounded by trees and offers peace and quiet. This home is located in the Bryce Resort Community, about a mile from the Resort’s main lodge, ski/bike lifts and two miles from Basye Community Store.   Please carefully review the listing images. This woodland home is rustic, but clean and well-maintained. This is a comfortable, affordable retreat for guests of all kinds.   FEATURES & AMENITIES: The kitchen and breakfast area are conveniently located near a spacious dining/living room with wood-burning fire place. Firewood is available from late fall to early spring. The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware and tableware as well as appliances. A basket-style drip machine for coffee is also available (filters are provided, but you should bring your own grind). The main bedroom features a king-sized bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed, shares a hallway bathroom with the third bedroom that has two twin beds. The sleeper sofa in the living room can be used to accommodate extra guests. For guests who plan to stay a while or play hard outside, a washer & dryer is also available. Sleeps 8   The chalet comes with bedding (pillows and bedspreads), fresh linens for the bed, one towel per maximum occupant, one bar of soap in travel size per maximum occupant, two tabs for dishwashers, five trashbags per bathroom, a bath trash bag, a paper towel roll, a kitchen dish towel, scrubbing pads, and sachets. We encourage guests who have large groups or are staying for several nights or who use a lot of consumables to bring extra supplies, or buy them at the Basye Community Store.   The flat-screen TVs come with basic cable and the high-speed WiFi internet of 50mbps is enough for streaming, working and limited gaming. A DVD player is available for movie nights, and there are a variety of DVDs that can be used for free at the Check-in Office.   OTHER NOTABLES: Pets are allowed for $100 per pet per stay (maximum of three). This is a Self Check-In unit. You will receive instructions for check-in via email seven working days before your arrival (or immediately, if you book within seven days). These instructions include the property address, driving directions, an unique Key Code and other important information.   This property does NOT have an outdoor hottub, grill or fire pit.   The Bryce Mountain Escapes Pool is located at the check-in desk (2565 Orkney grade). Pictures of our pool are available in the unit listing. It is open Monday through Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day, 9am-5pm.   Local security and police enforce the quiet hours after 10:00pm.   MOUNTAIN & VALLEY FUN: Bryce Resort has many activities throughout the year. These include snow skiing/boarding and snow tubing. Other activities include swimming in Lake Laura, canoeing and paddle boarding.
