Property Description

Villa #150B, a unique mountain chalet with two stories, overlooks Bryce Mountain and the golf course at Bryce Resort. The main floor windows and doors, as well as the double-decker deck, keep you close to nature. Please note that the chalet is accessible via 15 steps from the parking area. This chalet is located within the Bryce Resort, about 1.1 miles away from the Resort’s main lodge, ski/bike lifts and the Basye community store.   Please carefully review the listing images. This chalet is rustic, but clean and well-maintained. This is a comfortable, affordable retreat for all guests.   FEATURES & AMENITIES: The great room is split into two levels, with the dining area and kitchen on the upper level. The living room and wood-burning stove are on the lower level. Firewood is available from late fall to early spring. The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware and tableware as well as appliances. A basket-style drip machine for coffee is also available (filters are provided, but you should bring your own grind). The main floor includes a queen-sized bedroom, a full bath and a laundry room. The lower level includes a large bedroom featuring a king bed, a second room with two twin beds and a full bath with Jacuzzi bathtub and sauna. The lower level living area has a futon that can be used as an additional sleeping space. It also provides access to the lower deck. Sleeps 8   The chalet comes with bedding (pillows and bedspreads), fresh linens for the bed, one towel per maximum occupant, one bar of soap in travel size per maximum occupant, two tabs for dishwashers, two toilet paper rolls per bathroom, five trash bags per bathroom, a bath trash bag, a paper towel roll per bathroom, a kitchen dish towel, scrubbing pads, sanitizing soaps in travel sizes, and one paper towel per bathroom. We encourage guests who have large groups or are staying for several nights or who use a lot of consumables to bring extra supplies, or buy them at the Basye Community Store.   The flat-screen TVs come with basic cable and the high-speed WiFi internet of 50mbps is enough for streaming, working and limited gaming. Our Check-in Office has a DVD player and a large selection of DVDs that you can borrow for free during your stay.   OTHER NOTABLES: Pets are allowed for $100 per pet per stay (maximum of three). This is a Self Check-In unit. You will receive instructions for check-in via email seven working days before your arrival (or immediately, if you book within seven days). These instructions include the property address, driving directions, an unique Key Code and other important information.   This property does NOT have an outdoor hottub, grill or fire pit.   The Bryce Mountain Escapes Pool is located at the check-in desk (2565 Orkney grade). Pictures of our pool are available in the unit listing. It is open Monday through Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day, 9am-5pm.   Local security and police enforce the quiet hours after 10:00pm.   MOUNTAIN & VALLEY FUN: Bryce Resort has many activities throughout the year. These include snow skiing/boarding and snow tubing. Other activities include swimming in Lake Laura, canoeing and paddle boarding.
