Property Description
Welcome to Par & Pine Lodge - a cozy four bedroom A-frame retreat overlooking the golf course & mountains. The owners thoughtfully curated many details to create a one-of-a-kind experience, with designer touches, warm finishes and plenty of space to unwind inside and outside on the double decks. Sip your morning coffee from the loft as the sun rises or enjoy it with family or friends out on the deck surrounded by fresh mountain air.

This classic mountain chalet is minutes to Bryce Resort's lodge & ski/bike lifts, as well as dining in the small town of Basye (Burn Barrel tavern and Pale Fire Brewing). Perched on the mountainside, it has an open view of the Bryce Resort golf course and Bryce Mountain. The great room’s huge glass doors, windows, and deck create the sense being outside, even while cozy inside. Access to the chalet is seven steps down to entry level from the driveway, which makes for quick unpacking and easy return after a hard day of play.

Please review the listing photos carefully. This updated chalet is bright, cozy, and welcoming while retaining rustic mountain charm. It’s a great location for families and groups that want to enjoy the chalet's double decks as much as nearby activities and amenities.

FEATURES & AMENITIES:
The open great room includes the kitchen with bar seating for four, an island that seats three, a cafe table that seats two, and comfy living room with smart TV over the mantel of a toasty gas logs fireplace. Two large patio doors open to the spacious upper wrap-around deck in the trees - perfect for fixing dinner on the charcoal grill and dining or playing games at the six-person table. The kitchen includes updated appliances, basic cookware, tableware, a basket-style drip coffee maker (filters provided), and a coffee grinder (but please bring your favorite coffee beans). The main floor also includes two bedrooms, one a twin bunk bed and the other with a king bed, and a full bathroom just steps from each bedroom in the hallway. The spacious loft looks out through the great room's huge windows and has one king bed. A stacked full-size washer & dryer unit is in the main floor bunk bedroom.

Exit the main floor and down the stairs to a large lower deck with Solo Stove fire pit, four Adirondack chairs, and separate entry into a lower bedroom suite. This private suite includes a queen bed and full bathroom. Please note: this suite is not accessible from inside the main level and is ideal for friends, older children/teens, or guests seeking added privacy; it is not suitable for young children. This unique property sleeps eight comfortably.

The chalet is supplied with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper per bathroom, two dishwasher tabs, five trash bags, one bath trash bag per bathroom, one paper towel roll, one kitchen dish towel, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad. We encourage guests with large groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store.

The Smart TV allows guests to log into popular streaming apps, and blazing-fast 500+mbps WiFi internet is sufficient for everyone to work, stream, and game at the same time.
