Basye Bungalow is 2.5 miles to Bryce Resort&rsquo;s main lodge, golf pro-shop, ski/bike lifts, and Copper Kettle restaurant &amp; bar, and one mile from Burn Barrel tavern, Pale Fire Brewing, the Basye Community Store, and Smiley&#39;s Ice Cream &amp; mini-golf.<br />

Whether sharing a meal, planning the next outing, or settling in for a quiet night, the layout supports a laid-back, easygoing stay.&nbsp; The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances (fridge, range, dishwasher, microwave, countertop convection/toaster oven), granite countertops, ample cabinet space, and a pantry.&nbsp; The living room has a comfy couch and love seat, gas logs fireplace, and smart TV mounted above the mantle.&nbsp; The dining room seats eight at mealtime, with two additional seats at the kitchen island.<br />

Step outside from the kitchen onto the generous deck to enjoy fresh mountain air, privacy of the wooded lot, and calm of your own backyard retreat. Prepare meals on the propane grill, dine at the 8-person patio table, and enjoy the comfy lounge seating. Downstairs offers a massive living area with two couches, a large smart TV, and ping pong table.&nbsp; The hallway leads to another full bathroom with tub/shower, the fourth bedroom with queen bed, and laundry room with full-size washer &amp; dryer.&nbsp; Exit the rear french doors to find the hot tub mere steps way and a landscaped pathway leading down to the fire pit area with a hammock and eight Adirondack chairs.<br />

Important: we supply the cabin with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper per bathroom, two dishwasher tabs, five trash bags, one bath trash bag per bathroom, one paper towel roll, two kitchen dish towels, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad.&nbsp; We encourage guests with large groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store.&nbsp;<br />

WiFi internet is 400+mbps, which is ample for just about anything you need to do online.&nbsp; &nbsp;<br />

**This is a self-check-in property.&nbsp; Guests will receive Check-in Instructions seven days prior to the arrival date, or immediately if booking within seven days.&nbsp; The Check-in Instructions include the property address, driving directions, a unique Key Code, WiFi log-in credentials, and other important information. &nbsp;<br />

Guests have unlimited access to the Bryce Mountain Escapes pool at our check-in office (2565 Orkney Grade), which is about 1.5 miles from this cabin. &nbsp;See pictures of our pool in this listing&#39;s photo gallery.&nbsp; The pool is open 9am-5pm, Monday through Saturday between Memorial Day and Labor Day.&nbsp; Please note: guests are not permitted at Bryce Resort&#39;s pool (Bryce Landing); it is for Bryce Resort members only.<br />

Quiet hours after 10:00pm and before 8:00am are strongly enforced by the local security and police.<br />
