Enjoy the 600 feet of cobblestone beach and the spectacular views that Aspenwood is known for. Lake access via a steep set of stairs and available seasonally. Skiers and bikers are welcome. The 1 car garage is available to store your winter gear or bikes in the summer. Take advantage of everything the area has to offer or stay in and do nothing at all. Either way, Aspenwood 6520 has what you are looking for. Please note that there is a shared cobblestone shoreline with May-September access only. Accessibility Information -The parking area is paved and there is also garage parking. -Garage space is only one car and would not allow for side ramp loading/unloading. -There is one step and a small lip to access the main door. -There would be a couple of steps to go up to gain access through the garage. -The main living area has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining room. -Hardwood and tile floors throughout except in the bedroom, which has carpet. -The bedroom is smaller but there is enough space to access one side of the bed. -Guests who cannot go up and downstairs would not have access to the rest of the unit. -There is a deck off the living room that has a secure rail. -The shoreline area and most of the property are NOT accessible.
