Property Description

Beautiful Marco Island home featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main level PLUS a completely separate guest suite in the walk-out lower level! Once you arrive, you will instantly feel at home. The main floor offers a great room with cathedral ceiling and 12 foot slider which opens fully for easy access to the upper floor of the huge 2- level screened lanai. The living room boasts a 65-inch smart TV (our cable package offers 220+ channels!) and 3 comfy leather couches plus an over-sized reading chair tucked away in the corner. The dining room features a table for 8 and the kitchen is a bright and cheery place to prepare your meals and offers another slider to the lanai for easy access to the Weber gas grill. The large master suite features yet another slider to the lanai plus a king bed, 50-inch smart TV, reading chair and full bath with washer and dryer. The floor plan is a split bedroom design with the two upstairs guest rooms on the opposite side of the house from the master plus a pocket door to close them off from the living area of the house for added privacy. One of the upper guest rooms has twin beds and the other has a queen bed. Both guest rooms have TVs. There is also a full bath at this end of the house. The upper lanai gives you a dining table and seating areas from which to enjoy your evenings looking out to the pretty colors of the twilight sky. Stroll down the stairs from the upper to lower lanai (also screened) and gaze upon the large heated pool with spill-way spa. The pool is 14 X 28 feet and comes complete with a sun-shelf at the shallow end for relaxing in a lounge chair while cooling off and reading that book you've been meaning to get to. Spend the evenings relaxing and soothing those muscles in the spa. You might even get a glimpse of the resident tortoise, Totem, who lives on the wooded, vacant lot next door and makes his daily trek across the back yard in search of his next meal of vegetation. The lower lanai has a dining table and several lounge chairs. If you love vacationing with others yet need your own space; call dibs on the lower level guest-suite. It offers a king bed and comfortable leather couch and love seat plus a 50 inch smart TV as well as a kitchenette (sink, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster), dining table and bath with large shower stall. The entire house was completely renovated in 2018 with a brand new kitchen, flooring, paint, and more. It's just a short drive to the beach, where you can take a swim, search for shells or take a leisurely walk while waiting for the breath-taking sunset. Marco Island offers some of the prettiest beaches to be found and great restaurants ranging from casual outdoor waterfront spots to the high-end formal dining. The activities are endless from kayaking to renting a jet ski for an afternoon to going on a dinner cruise. From relaxing on the beach (beach towels, 8 sand chairs, a wheeled cooler and beach umbrella are included!) to taking a walk or run around the paved track surrounding the lake at Mackle Park (where you will also find a great play-area for the kids complete with water feature, basketball and shuffle courts). You can even bring your blanket and take in a movie in the park or check out the various classes from exercise to knitting inside the community center. Long story short-whatever type of vacation you are looking for, from relaxing to activity-packed, you will find it on Marco Island.

Excellent Accomodations, 5 STARS *****
This place is a steal! The home is in fantastic shape and is well kept. We were less than 5 minutes from 2 different beaches. The owners provided beach towels and chairs which came in really handy. The back porch was great. We ate breakfast and dinner out there everyday! The kitchen amenities were great. We were able to cook all of our meals there without having to buy any pans, pots, or utensils. The pool and Jacuzzi were clean and the kiddos had lots of fun! Super cozy beds too! The unit downstairs is completely separate from the rest of the house which was great for my sister and BIL. The laundry facilities came in handy as well. If we ever come back to Marco Island, we will for sure rent this home again!

Awesome Vacation House, Apr 04, 2018
By Catherine, NH, 5 STARS *****

We truly enjoyed our stay in Marco Island. We stayed there with friends. Our friends stayed in the house, and my husband and I stayed in the separate guest suite. For us, it was truly the best of both worlds. We could enjoy our friends' company, but also have some privacy. We all enjoyed the pool and the spa. The owners thought of everything. All the beds were extremely comfortable. There were televisions in each bedroom. The house was beautifully decorated and the floor plan worked well for all of us. There were hair dryers in every bathroom. We all truly enjoyed all the amenities the home offered. We often ate outside at the table on the big screened in deck and barbecued or conversed in the sitting area. The weather could not have been better. We found everything we needed in the large, well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed everything Marco Island had to offer. We enjoyed shelling on the beach, eating lunch on a leisurely boat cruise, going on an airboat ride, watching the sunsets, and dining at the Snook Inn. We highly recommend this vacation house. It is a gem. We will certainly be back!

Excellent family vacation!, 5 STARS *****
We had 3 generations on our holiday. Everyone had their own space and we had room to gather as a group. Excellent accommodations!

Relaxing Family Vacation, 5 STARS *****
This home was perfect for our family vacation. The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed to live comfortably away from home for a week. The house layout was so nice with the additional living space downstairs. It was the perfect space for my daughter's family with 2 small children. She was able to have quiet space for them and the convenience of kitchen and bathroom. The lanai was great additional space for meals, relaxing, and games. The pool was absolutely beautiful and the sunbathing area was the perfect space for the 1 year old to play. The master bedroom was very large and had blackout curtains that allowed me to sleep in! It was nice having laundry facilities were also convenient, we used beach towels so much. The house had everything we needed including beach towels, griddle, baking dishes, grill, 3 full bathrooms. The house was located in a very quiet neighborhood, however we were only 10 minutes away from anything we wanted to do, beach, park, boat rental, restaurants, etc.

Fun for all, 5 STARS *****
My wife and I had the pleasure to rent this 4 bedroom house with a great walking neighborhood. The house was recently updated with
new furniture and bathrooms. The house was very comfortable. The set up was amazing, with the Master bedroom to the right and the 2 others to the right. There was also a in law set up with another kitchen on the lower level which walked out to the new pool. Everything you would want at your own home was at this home. I loved the close proximity of all the Restaurants and sights and you will to.

A great experience from the first talk with the owner to the dropping off the keys. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Like Arnold says, I'll be back.

Spent a wonderful week in this beautiful home on Marco Island! We enjoyed every aspect of this house. Loved the pool, hot tub and pool area – plenty of room for adults, big kids and little kids! The house itself has everything you could want, lots of space to hang out with family or spend time by yourself, great kitchen and living area, comfortable beds and huge, beautiful porch area. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much for allowing my family the opportunity to spend a week at your amazing home! We all loved everything about it! My five-year old grandaughter learned to swim and her 3 year-old brother never wanted to get out of the pool. My granddaughter also had her first visit from the tooth fairy while we were there. We took walks and saw turtles, were close to the stores and the beach and had ice cream at Annies more than once. A great vacation and a lot of wonderful memories for all. We appreciated every minute of it!

Best Vacation Ever!

Marco Island is our family get-away every year, but this year was by far the best, thanks to this amazing house! We spent most of our time lounging by the pool, swimming, hanging in the hot tub or just watching nature from the deck. We hardly even left the house as it had everything we needed! Maybe just for the occasional sunset at the beach ? My mom even came with us and was able to have her own space with the little apartment-like room downstairs. Much needed quality family time for all. We will definitely stay here again!

Home away from Home 02/15/2020

We love coming to our second home in beautiful Marco Island! This was our second stay and it truly felt like coming home. There is always more than enough space for the group we come with (8-4 respectively). We have been both in summer and during the winter and have been able to enjoy the lanai and pool/hot tub thoroughly during our stay. We made most of our meals which was easy thanks to the thoughtfulness of the kitchen supplies and the supermarket that is within walking distance. We rented kayaks and saw Dolphins and manatees, ventured into the Everglades and saw alligators and there was even wildlife at the house with Turtles making many appearances. This has become our favorite vacation spot and we will certainly be back!

Beautiful home!!

My family of 4 spent 7 of the most relaxing days at this house! From the moment we walked in, the space was even more than the pictures online portrayed. Tastefully decorated and included all of the amenities as if we were home. Our boys LOVED the sailboat themed room complete with their own TV haha! We had extended family from Texas join us for part of the week, so the in-law suite was perfect. Many comfortable areas to sit out- the lanai and pool area were spacious. We especially loved the sunshelf in the pool and heated spa! There were pool noodles, balls, and beach toys for the kids. It’s also a great neighborhood and very close to stores, restaurants, the beach. We are already looking forward to our next visit!!
