The living room features a 65-inch smart television, 3 leather couches and an oversized reading chair. The dining room has a table for eight and the kitchen has a slider that leads to the lanai.

The large master suite has a slider that leads to the lanai. It also features a king-sized bed, a 50-inch smart television, reading chair, and a full bathroom with washer and dryer. The floor plan has two bedrooms with the master on one side and the upstairs guest rooms on another. A pocket door can be used to separate them from the living room. One of the guest rooms upstairs has twin beds, while the other has one queen bed. Both rooms have TVs. This end of the house also has a full-size bath.

The upper lanai offers a dining table and seating areas. From here, you can enjoy your evenings while looking out at the beautiful colors of the twilight skies. The heated pool has a spill-way spa and is easily accessed by descending the stairs from the upper lanai to the lower lanai. The pool measures 14 X 28 feet.
