Property Description

Beautiful Marco Island home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main level plus a separate guest suite on the walk-out lower floor! You will immediately feel at home once you arrive. The main floor features a great room with a cathedral ceiling, a 12-foot slider that opens fully to allow easy access to the upper level of the 2-level screened lanai. The living room features a 65-inch smart television, 3 leather couches and an oversized reading chair. The dining room has a table for eight and the kitchen has a slider that leads to the lanai.

The large master suite has a slider that leads to the lanai. It also features a king-sized bed, a 50-inch smart television, reading chair, and a full bathroom with washer and dryer. The floor plan has two bedrooms with the master on one side and the upstairs guest rooms on another. A pocket door can be used to separate them from the living room. One of the guest rooms upstairs has twin beds, while the other has one queen bed. Both rooms have TVs. This end of the house also has a full-size bath.

The upper lanai offers a dining table and seating areas. From here, you can enjoy your evenings while looking out at the beautiful colors of the twilight skies. The heated pool has a spill-way spa and is easily accessed by descending the stairs from the upper lanai to the lower lanai. The pool measures 14 X 28 feet. It also has a sun-shelf at its shallow end. This allows you to relax in a lounge chair and read that book you've been meaning. The spa is a great place to relax and soothe your muscles. You might even be able to see Totem, the resident tortoise who lives on the vacant lot next to the spa and makes his daily trek through the back yard looking for his next meal. The lower lanai is furnished with a dining table as well as several lounge chairs.

The lower-level guest suite is for you if you enjoy vacationing with others but need your own space. It features a king-sized bed, a comfortable leather couch and a love seat, as well as a 50-inch smart television, a kitchenette (sink and small refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster), dining table, and a large shower stall. The entire house was renovated in 2018, including new flooring, paint, and a new kitchen. The beach is a short drive away. Here you can swim, search for shells, or just enjoy a leisurely stroll while waiting for the spectacular sunset. Marco Island has some of the most beautiful beaches and great restaurants, from casual outdoor spots to fine dining. There are many activities available, from renting a jetski for an afternoon to taking a dinner cruise. You can relax on the beach with towels, 8 sandchairs, a wheeled cooler, and a beach umbrella. You can also run or walk around the Mackle Park paved track. There is also a great play area for children with a water feature, basketball court and shuffle court. You can bring your blanket to watch a movie in Mackle Park or take a class in the community center. Marco Island has everything you need for a relaxing or active vacation.
