Property Description
The home features three bedrooms and two and half baths. It also has a large lanai with a salt-generated swimming pool & spa and direct access to Factory Bay and Marco River. This home is located close to Rose River Marina and Mareks Restaurant. Rent a boat to explore Marco Island or its 10,000 Islands. The large lanai, which faces east, allows for ample space to entertain friends and family. From the lanai, you can enjoy beautiful views of the canal and bay. The large deck has plenty of outdoor space and the spa and pool share it. The lanai features a table for six and an enclosed gazebo with seating for seven. When you enter the home, you will find a formal living area and a family room off the kitchen. The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, an ensuite with a Roman tub and walk-in shower. It is directly accessible from the master bedroom to access the lanai and pool area. The second bedroom features a king-size bed, 32-inch TV and two single beds. Each guest bedroom has its own bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet and a combination bath/shower. The bathroom opens onto the pool or lanai. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances in stainlees and a breakfast bar that overlooks a breakfast nook. The sliders let in natural light which opens up the kitchen to the spacious, open space.
