The open great room and fully-stocked modern kitchen encourage families to spend quality time together, and are great for game nights and building teams. The lounge has its own pool table, deck access and is perfect for game nights. The oceanfront home is the perfect place to create lasting memories. From watching dolphins on the top deck, to relaxing in the hot tub following a day of shopping or golfing. Located on Gulls flight, a single-road ocean-to sound community, offering vacationers peace and tranquility while remaining close to nearby shops, restaurants, and other attractions of both Duck and Corolla. Within minutes of each home, guests can enjoy fishing, crabs, watersports or a leisurely stroll on the beach. Third Level: Great Room with Large Flat Screen TV, Gas Fireplace, Record Player and Fax. Breakfast Table with 4 Chairs. Kitchen Bar with 4 Bar Stools. Dining Table With 8 Chairs. Loft: Two oversized chairs that can be pulled out to create twin beds, and a half bath. Additional amenities include: Linens provided, Gas Fireplace, DVD player, Deck Furniture and Picnic Table, Basketball Goal. Two Washing Machines with two Cloth Dryers, Hammocks, Two Outdoor Showers and a Private Beach Walkway. The pool can be heated for $500.
