There is a private walkway from the oceanfront deck that leads directly to the beach, where you can enjoy the ocean at any hour of the day. A Southern Charm is a spacious vacation rental home that offers all the comforts and conveniences of home but without the home-like feel.
First floor: Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 have queen beds and overlook the Atlantic Ocean. They also have access to a covered deck. With its 2 sets of twin beds, bedroom 5 is the perfect spot for kids. This level has two full baths, each with a TV.
Second level: This level features lots of open space and a fully equipped kitchen with major stainless steel appliances. A refrigerator, a flat top range with an oven combination, a built-in microwave, and a dishwasher are the major appliances. A blender, toaster, and coffee pot are some of the small countertop appliances. A small bar area is available with a fridge that can hold extra sodas and other specialty drinks. The kitchen is separated from the living area by a nice breakfast bar (seating 4). The dining area seats six and there is a bistro table for two in the kitchen. A half-bath is located just off the kitchen for your convenience. This floor has ocean views from every angle. This area's bright, open layout makes it easy to connect with your family while you cook, relax or play games.
This level also houses the master bedroom, which is located just off of the kitchen. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and access to the sun deck. It overlooks the sparkling ocean. This bedroom also has a ceiling fan and a TV for your comfort. The master bathroom has been completely remodeled and features double vanities with all granite countertops and a whirlpool tub. There is also a walk-in frameless shower and a frameless bathtub.
