You will instantly shift to island time as you drive across the bridge that connects Topsail Island and Topsail Island. Anchor of Santorini can be found in Surf City, a small beach town that is close to the main island. You will find fine shops, bars, restaurants, bars and fresh fish markets within a mile from this luxury home. There are also parks, playgrounds, public boat ramps, grocery stores, and rental shops for kayaks, surfboards, bikes, and other equipment. The home is well-equipped with modern appliances, furniture, and bedding. However, it is also very comfortable and family-friendly. You will feel the luxury of a home with everything as you drive into the driveway. There is ample parking for 4 cars of medium size and a bad weather access from the garage. You will find a well-stocked, well-organized courtesy closet that contains a variety of beach chairs, children’s sand toys and ladder golf. There is also a gas grill, gas grill, and storage space for fishing gear, golf clubs, umbrellas, etc. A large enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower is available for you to wash your sand after a day at the beach. A small recreation area will be found with a hammock, swings and the famous 'Surf City Ring Toss Game. This area is also a great place to grill your fresh catch. You have the option of taking the stairs or the private elevator from the ground floor to reach all the living areas. You can also load groceries, bags, and suitcases into the elevator. You can also load your bags, groceries, etc. into the elevator and have them sent up ahead. The First floor has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and laundry facilities (full-size washer/dryer). The Master Bedroom at Anchor of Santorini is decorated in elegant black furniture, with soothing blues and white accents. It features a king-size bed, 32' flat panel TV, a private bathroom with double sinks, oversize tub, and a private deck with lounge chairs. The view of the ocean and the sounds from the sea will put you to sleep. The second bedroom has two comfortable twin beds. It is ideal for afternoon napping or reading a book. The third bedroom is great for kids because it has a twin over full bunkbed with a full-trundle bed underneath (sleeps five), a flat paneled TV and built in DVD player. It also includes a child's closet that is stocked with books and games. A small deck is available with two chairs. This room is decorated with beachy colors and will be a hit among our younger guests (or older but still young at heart). The second floor is Beach Living at its Best! The second floor features a large open living, dining and kitchen area with stunning ocean views. This level gives direct access to the oceanfront deck with rockers and furniture. Enjoy the stunning view and sounds from the sea. Granite countertops, stainless appliances, and well-stocked dining, cooking, and serving areas make up the kitchen. The living room is decorated in soothing blues and yellows. A large flat panel HD TV with a 47 inch screen is mounted on the wall. There is also a Blue Ray DVD player, a Blue Ray board game table, and a Blue Ray DVD player. To accommodate additional guests, the living room has a sleeper couch. WiFi access is available throughout the home for guests who need to connect to the outside world. This level also houses the 'Sweet Dreams and Sunset Bedroom (Bedroom 4), which has a queen-sized bed, flat panel TV with DVD, ceiling fan, and a private deck where you can enjoy the sunset after a long day. Lucky guests who climb the steps to the Sweet Dreams & Sunrise Suite (Bedroom 5, Third Floor) will never want for anything. The private deck offers a stunning view of the sunrise at dawn. The opposite window views of the intracoastal waterway are a great spot to view the sunset at night and to catch a glimpse of the boats sailing along the 3000-mile waterway. This brightly decorated queen-sized bedroom features a flat panel TV/DVD, private bathroom, and a personal coffee pot. It is a perfect vacation retreat. Surf City has a lot to offer. Surf City offers many opportunities to catch waves on a skimboard, short/long board, paddle-surfboard, skim board, or paddle-surfboard. There are many options for guests who don't want to "hang ten", including tennis courts, golf courses, tennis courts and an island long bike path. You can also go on site-seeing and party cruises, kayaking, deep-sea fishing excursions, site viewing and kayaking.
