Property Description
This stunning 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is right on the ocean at 35 Porpoise Place in the prestigious Dolphin Shores. It is located at the north end on Topsail Island. It features an elevator, hardwood floors throughout the living areas, carpeted bedrooms, and lots of deck space. The living areas and master suite are located on the upper level. The living room has a large-screen TV and a DVD. The ocean side has an open deck with a table, chairs and a table that spans the entire width of the house. This deck is ideal for taking in the view or working on your tan. A small balcony is also available on the street side to watch the boats go by the Intracoastal Waterway. Lower living level contains 4 bedrooms, 3 with oceanfront deck access. There is also a laundry room and an office with a desk. WiFi is available throughout the property. There is an enclosed shower and covered parking outside. The house also has a bad weather entry underneath. This is a luxurious vacation spot that you will never forget! Only dogs allowed with a $175 non-refundable fee
