Salty Dawgs' comfort and functionality are best known by its many returning guests. This spacious heated 2500 square foot home features an open floorplan that gives its guests a spacious, inviting feeling. As you step out onto one of the decks (2 ocean-facing & 2 Intracoastal-facing =1300 sq ft additional) you'll be greeted with the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal views/salt wetlands on the other side. There are several vantage points from which to enjoy the stunning views of water surrounding this beautiful home. What more could you want from a vacation destination. You will want to return to Salty Dawgs after your first visit, as so many others have. This home's first floor has four bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. On the first floor, there is also a laundry/mudroom (full-size washing machine/dryer), with direct access to the oceanfront deck where you can find a large bubbling hot tub. Two oceanfront bedrooms are also located on this level and have sliding glass doors which provide access to the deck. Hammocks are installed on the deck opposite the Hot Tub. This deck is designed to ensure that you can relax completely on your vacation. The bedroom is located on the street side (first level) of the house. It has a twin over double bunk (sleeps 3) as well as a standard bunk (2 twins, sleeps 2) and a pyramid bunk. This room can comfortably sleep 5 people and is a great place for kids to hang out. This room has a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and a full private bath with a tub and shower combination. The bedroom is located on the street side (first level) of the house, facing north. The room is equipped with a flat screen TV, a queen-sized bed, nightstands, lamp, dresser and ceiling fan. It also has a full bathroom with a tub and shower. The kitchen has custom cabinets with ample storage space, solid-surface countertops, tile backsplash, and a large island that can seat 4 additional people for dining. The dining area has a wall of glass that will enhance the dining experience for everyone. The views are breathtaking. The large table can comfortably seat 10 people, with another 4 at the adjacent bar area. On the adjacent oceanfront deck, there is a large dining table that can be used for extra seating for those who prefer to eat outside on a sunny day. The living room includes two sofas, one of which is a sleeper, as well as comfortable chairs and a 65" flat screen television mounted on the wall. A house-wide sound-system (bluetooth-capable) is also included with recessed speakers located in the master bedroom and living area. WiFi is also available throughout the house. A half bath is located adjacent to the living area for your convenience. The living room has direct access to the oceanfront deck, where you can find comfortable seating. This home was designed to provide you with the relaxation and entertainment that you need. The master bedroom (Bedroom 1). It is adjacent to the living room and has a large bathroom with a glass walk-in, soaking tub, and double vanities. This is the perfect place to relax, as it has all the amenities you need. This bedroom has a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, nightstands and lamps, a dresser, and a ceiling fan. This room has direct access to the oceanfront deck, where you can enjoy the morning sunrises. Salty Dawgs is located at 460 New River Inlet Rd, the closest rental to North Topsail Beach Town Park. The Park has a sand volleyball court, basketball court and tennis courts. There are also picnic tables and a large children's area. There is a special fishing pier for children on the Bay side, as well as a place to launch your paddle board or kayak (see aerial view). The North Shore Country Club, a world-class golf course, is only 1 mile away and the Sea View Fishing Pier is also only 1 mile. Hot tubs are available year-round, with an $80.00 activation charge during the Price Break or Getaway Seasons. Dogs are allowed for a non-refundable $200.00 fee per pet.
