Property Description
We hope that your time on Topsail Island, the majestic island of Topsail, will be as memorable and fulfilling as you could have imagined in your wildest dreams and fantasies. In the hope that everyone will enjoy the surf and sun, we named our home Island Time. Island Time has five bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 15. The bed arrangement includes 2 kings, 1 queen, 2 twins and 1 set of bunks (2 queens), 1 pyramid bunk (twin-over-full) and a queen sleeper couch. There are 4.5 bathrooms throughout the house, with a master bath featuring a jacuzzi tub.
The house has a wall of windows that runs the entire width of the house, which gives you an unobstructed view of the ocean. The house has a full kitchen with all major and countertop appliances. Major appliances include a fridge, dishwasher, and built in microwave. You can also find a blender, toaster, and coffee pot on the countertop.
The kitchen has a southern exposure, which allows for a stunning water view from almost every direction.
The oceanfront deck features a private hot tub, plenty of comfortable seating, and stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. A convenient beach access is located adjacent to your deck. This allows you to quickly reach Topsail Island's beautiful white sandy beaches. Oceanridge Village offers a beautiful community pool that is only a short distance from your home. The pool is usually open from Memorial Day through September 30, dusk until dawn (weather permitting). However, dates and times can change so please speak to a reservationist for more information. The Oceanridge Village Homeowners Association controls the pool, and not Coastline Realty.
This Topsail Island rental house is located in the beautiful North Topsail Beach community. We are certain that you will enjoy your stay and return to this home as many others.
Hot tubs are available all year with an $80.00 activation Fee for the January 1st Getaway season through Summertimes Calling season AND the Fall Price Break Season through December 31st.
