Ronny Bahama is where dreams come true! This beautiful oceanfront home is a true treasure on the coast. This 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath oceanfront home is located in North Topsail's Portofino subdivision. It will make lasting memories. The large deck allows you to watch the sunrise or relax in the hot tub. Ronny Bahama will give you a sand-sational experience. Ground floor: There are two one-car garages. The garage to the right has a pingpong table and a refrigerator for extra food and drinks. First living level: The laundry area is at the top of the stairs. To the left is a bedroom with two sets of pyramid bunks for the children (twin on the top and double on the bottom). This room also features a TV with an Xbox. This room houses one of three master suites. This suite features a queen-size bed and a master bathroom with two sinks. The covered deck offers stunning views of the ocean and has access to the suite. A full bathroom is located next to the laundry area. To the right is the laundry area, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and access to a deck overlooking the sound is located. The second suite, which has a queen-size bed and a full bath, is located next to the laundry area. This room has direct access to a covered deck that offers ocean views. Second living level: At the top of the stairs, you'll find an amazing open kitchen, dining area and living room. A half bath is located to the right of the stairs. A poker table can be converted to a bumper pool table. The master suite, which includes a king-size bed and a master bath, is also located to the right. This bathroom will blow your mind with its dolphin fixtures, jetted bathtub, separate shower, and his-and-her sinks. You can also access the sun deck from this room to enjoy spectacular sunrises. The fully-equipped kitchen is located at the top of the stairs to your left. All appliances are made of stainless steel. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a separate island with a sink and an ice maker. The dining table can seat 12 people, while the bar can hold 3 more for meals. The living room is located in the middle. The living area includes a built-in entertainment system with a stereo system and a wet bar with a wine cooler. The fireplace is decorative and is not intended for guests. This level offers spectacular views. Two large sliding glass doors lead to the sun deck, where you'll find the hot tub as well as a private walkway to and from the beach. Ronny Bahama has many amenities, including an elevator, extra TVs and surround sound, flat-screen TV, DVD player, VCR Player, books, games, beach chair, outside shower, and hot tub.
