The first level of the unit has two bedrooms, one facing the ocean with a queen bed and the other facing an intracoastal side (2 twin beds). The oceanside bedroom has direct access to a private balcony with ocean views and is equipped a flat screen television and ceiling fan. This level also includes a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination for these two bedrooms. This level has a laundry room with a full-size washing machine and dryer.
On the second level, you will find a living room with a dining area and kitchen. There is also a convenient half-bath. The living room has plenty of seating to enjoy family time while watching a flat screen TV. WiFi is available throughout the property. The living room has direct access to the large oceanfront balcony with plenty of comfortable seating. This balcony is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee and the sunrise.
A large kitchen and dining room is located at the rear of the living space. You will find ample space to prepare great family meals.
