Sand & Serenity welcomes you to relax in your "home away" at Sand & Serenity. This home has 4 bedrooms, 3 and a 1/2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people. Each room is tastefully furnished and offers a peaceful sanctuary for you to relax during the day or evening. You will fall in love instantly with the magnificent views of this home. You can wake up to the sound waves crashing against the shore outside your window. Sip your morning coffee on the deck while overlooking the ocean or enjoy the tranquil views of the Intracoastal Waterway. You will be immediately captivated as you enter the home by the panoramic view of the beautiful Topsail Island coastline. The vaulted ceiling and large windows fill the living room with natural light, reflecting the sparkling sea and creating a bright and airy environment. Steps away, you can enjoy the ocean, the crystal-clear pool, or the sun on the beach. Or, you can relax on the sofa and read a book or watch a movie. Each room has a TV with a flat-screen. All bedrooms have Roku devices, which allow streaming services to be accessed. The top floor Primary includes a Smart TV, as well as the large screen TV in the Family Room that has a wired box with show recording capabilities. This four bedroom, three and a quarter bathroom townhome is located directly on the ocean and can accommodate up to 12 people. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated, providing the perfect setting for total relaxation. Sand and Serenity is your beachfront retreat located in North Topsail Beach. This lovely beach house is laid out in a reversed floorplan. The upper level (2nd floor) is home to the living area, the kitchen, the dining room, and one of the primary king bedrooms with an en suite bathroom. This allows for spectacular ocean and intracoastal views. The lower level (1st floor) has a king bedroom with en suite bathroom, a queen room, a bedroom that has two twin bunkbeds and a full bathroom. It also includes a laundry area. The living room has a Queen sleeper couch, swivel chairs, side tables, lamps, nesting coffee tables, console tables (which provide storage for "take one, leave one" beach books, cards, and board games), ceiling fans, cable TV, and direct access to the oceanfront deck. The deck has 5 oversized poly Adirondack chair (the best spot to see dolphins swimming). Step out onto the deck to enjoy the ocean breezes and the salty air. You can spend your days relaxing on the white sand beach, poolside or building sandcastles or taking leisurely strolls along the beach. The kitchen will be equipped with all the necessary appliances for basic meal preparation, including small and large countertop appliances. Major appliances include a stainless double-door fridge with ice and water dispenser, a smooth-top range oven combo with a double oven, Stainless-steel built-in microwave, and Stainless dishwasher. Small countertop appliances include a toaster, blender, and a K cup & coffee pot combination. This kitchen has all the usual pots, pans and cookware. The kitchen also has a pantry and a half-bath. The dining room is adjacent to the open kitchen, and has a wall of windows that show off the Atlantic Ocean in the distance. This table is a great place to make beautiful memories. The dining table can comfortably seat six people, with four more at the bar counter area in the kitchen. En suite Primary Bedroom 1 - The second of the two primary bedrooms is located at the rear of the house on the same top floor. This tranquil bedroom features a farmhouse king-size bed with an attached footboard bench to provide extra storage and seating, nightstands and lamps, a large farmhouse dresser with matching mirror, ceiling fan and flatscreen Smart TV. It also includes a walk-in wardrobe, a private balcony facing the Intracoastal with seating for two, and a private bathroom with a large soaking tub. On the oceanfront side, you will find the en suite primary room 2 on the first living level. This bedroom features a king-sized bed, a storage bench/extra seating area, nightstands, lamps, a large dresser and mirror, a closet, ceiling fans, a flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom with a tub and shower. This bedroom has direct access to the oceanfront deck, where you'll find plenty of comfortable seating, an outdoor enclosed shower that provides hot and cold water and access to the pool. The third bedroom is located at the rear of the house. This bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a storage chest, a nightstand and lamp, s a closet, s e tv, s e t u r, and c o l l. This bedroom has a balcony facing the Intracoastal. The bedroom 4 is located at the rear of the house and has two twin bunk beds (2 bunkbeds sleep 4). This room has a TV with flatscreen and access to the balcony facing the Intracoastal. The hallway next to the bedrooms has a large bathroom with tub and shower, as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer. Sand and Serenity's convenient location near local attractions, grocery stores, beach shops, and restaurants allows you to explore North Topsail Beach, as well as the nearby fishing community of Sneads Ferry.
