Property Description
This lovely oceanfront condo is located in the much-desired Shipwatch Villas complex in North Topsail Beach. Shipwatch Villas has something for everyone, whether you want to relax on the beautiful white sandy beach, enjoy the large oceanfront pool or simply have a family cook-out, you can enjoy all that is offered in this great oceanfront community.
1212 Shipwatch- Salty Suite offers a very spacious and open floor plan designed for maximizing family entertainment. There are 2 large bedrooms (one with direct deck access) and two full baths along with a private laundry area, large living room (with direct deck access), full kitchen with separate dining.
As you enter this lovely condo you will immediately be greeted with an expansive view of the ocean through the large living room slider doors. This view will certainly get your attention as this is why you are here. This unit is very close to the point of the complex which provides views that are absolutely mesmerizing.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations as well as all required major appliances and small countertop appliances.
The major appliances are all stainless and include a large refrigerator with ice-maker, smooth top range oven combination, dishwasher, and built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a toaster, blender and a Keurig coffee maker as well as a standard coffee maker. The kitchen has lots of counter space, beautiful cabinetry and a large single bowl sink. The floors are luxury vinyl plank throughout the kitchen.
The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and is equipped to seat 6 at the table and two other guests at the kitchen bar area.
The living room is equipped with two sofas (1 is a queen sleeper), comfortable chairs, coffee table, end table with lamp, storage chest, large flat screen TV and a ceiling fan. WiFi is available throughout the unit. This room also provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony where you will find comfortable seating. From the balcony you will have excellent views of the ocean as well as the community pool.
The master bedroom is located on the ocean side of the unit and is equipped with a queen bed, night stands with lamps, ceiling fan, closet, dresser and has a private bath with large glass walk-in shower. There is also direct access to the oceanfront balcony from the master.
Down the hallway and well separated from the master you will find bedroom 2 which is equipped with two double beds, dresser/mirror, night stand with lamp, closet and ceiling fan.
Just outside the bedroom door in the hallway, you will find a large full bath (second bath) with tub and shower combination and double vanities.
Down the hallway between the two bedrooms, you will find a laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer.

This unit offers many great amenities, including parking, outdoor grilling area, elevator, washer and dryer, TV, WiFi, AC, covered oceanfront balcony, comfortable deck seating, outdoor showers, large oceanfront swimming pool and easy direct access boardwalk across the sand dune and right down to the beautiful white sandy beach.
Please Note: There are only two parking passes available for each unit. Please make your travel plans accordingly.

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.
Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
FOR LATE ARRIVAL CHECK-IN YOU WILL NEED TO CALL THE OFFICE (910-327-7711) BEFORE NOON ON YOUR CHECK-IN DAY TO RECEIVE AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO FORWARD A DIGITAL COPY OF YOUR PHOTO ID (NAME MATCHING THE RESERVATION) TO THE OFFICE.
