Want oceanfront comfort without the oceanfront cost? This very nice and well maintained 3 BR 2 Bath condo on the first floor (above the parking) is available at a discounted rate. We offer this 3 BR unit at the same low rate as most 2 BR units due to its limited ocean views.
The condo is fully equipped and decorated in bright colors. The entire condo is tiled. The living room features a TV and a queen sleeper sofa. There is free WiFi available throughout the complex, just in case you don't want to leave your work at home.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a private master bathroom and a balcony door. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom has twin bunk beds. The second bathroom can be accessed from the main living space.
You will love having your own washer/dryer in the condo.
The St. Regis Resort has it all! You'll be surprised to find that the distance between the outdoor pool and the beach is one of the shortest in the world! The entire St. Regis is oceanfront so there are no parking lots or roads to cross to get to the sand with all your chairs and toys. The indoor pool and hot tub are perfect for families or those who want to swim during the cooler months. On-site, there is a fitness room with weights and treadmill. There are also picnic tables and charcoal grills outside.
St. Regis does not allow pets on its property.

According to the St Regis Homeowners Association the main outdoor swimming pool will be open during the summer season.
