Bright, open, and designed for effortless group gatherings, the home’s spacious living area with vaulted ceilings offers plenty of room to unwind after a day on the water. Settle in for a movie on the 75-inch Samsung TV, enjoy a friendly game of pool, play the piano, or choose from the collection of books, puzzles, and games.

The state-of-the-art kitchen, featuring high-end Viking appliances and an induction cooktop, makes cooking a pleasure. Indoor dining for eight, plus additional island seating and a wet bar station with wine cooler, make shared meals and evening cocktails easy.

The primary suite offers a King bed, Roku TV, open closet, and spa-like en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, dual vanity, and luxurious shower with five showerhead options. Bedrooms 2–4 each include a King bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 also features a Queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

Outdoor Oasis:

Step outside to a private waterfront retreat designed for laid-back Florida Keys living. Bask in the sun from the in-pool loungers or relax in the shade of the screened porch. The tropical yard is fully fenced, with the exception of the dock access area, providing plenty of space for guests and pets to enjoy the outdoors.

The Blaze Professional outdoor propane grill and Santa Maria/Argentina Wood Charcoal Grill, combined with an outdoor dining table on the screened-in patio, create the perfect setting for waterfront meals. After dinner, enjoy a game of cornhole or rinse off in the outdoor shower following a day of swimming, kayaking, or fishing.

Boaters and anglers have access to 45 feet of private dockage, including 30/50 amp shore power and water, a fish cleaning station, a bait refrigerator/freezer, and underwater fish lights. Two single kayaks, two paddles, and life jackets are provided, with open water approximately 15 minutes away.

Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
