The view off the back deck as we sat in the hot tub was priceless. We all loved our home away from home and highly recommended the Nitz Carlton for your Black Hills vacation." Come stay at the Carlton for a one-of-a-king vacation experience! This 3 level, custom built home is brand new to the Terry Peak area - close to skiing/snowboarding, ATV/snowmobile trails and all the Black Hills has to offer! Featuring stunning views, expansive deck and patio areas and 2 5-man hot tubs, this will be your perfect home base to rest and relax! Walk in to an inviting, open space with large kitchen, dining and living area with flat screen TV. Around the corner relax in front of the fireplace or walkout to the deck. There is a master King bedroom on the main floor with attached bath, laundry room and half bath. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms (1 with 2 queens and the 2nd with a queen bed and daybed with trundle), full bath, open loft area with a comfy couch for taking a nap or reading a book. The lower level has 3 more bedrooms (Twin over full bunk bed), (1 Qeen bed) and (bunk bed with 3 twins), full bathroom, wetbar for entertaining and a large family room with more comfy seating, flat screen TV and a game table for cards and puzzles. Loved the area! Easy ride to ATV trails. Plenty of space for the kids and grandparents. My kids are younger so they didn’t utilize the game room.. wish there would have been board games for them. They did love the hot tubs! Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to this area again!

Multiple couples came to celebrate my husband’s 50th. Having 6 separate bedrooms was ideal. The bedding and towels were very nice. Everything was clean and stylish. The views were very pretty. Everyone had a wonderful time. We loved the finishes of the ceiling, fixtures and decor. The game room is great also!
We have been at the Nitz Carlton 3 years in a row. It is perfect for our group of 16! Have enjoyed it every year

This house was perfect for our large group. We were there with friends and family on our annual ski trip. The house is beautiful and had plenty of space for everyone to hang out together, but also to spread out and have privacy. We would definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely a beautiful home, spacious, clean and plenty of room for 8 of us. Two refrigerators were great, beds were like sleeping on clouds. Great parking for 3 large trucks. Have stayed at many rental homes for work and pleasure but this one is by far the best of the best.

The house was beautiful and the location was fantastic! We had a blast and would definitely book again! Our party of 11 fit comfortably with plenty of extra space and beds.
