You'll immediately notice the spacious living/dining/kitchen area, which is furnished with modern furniture and high-end appliances. The kitchen is equipped with dual refrigerators and dishwashers, making it easy to prepare meals for large groups. The living room is spacious and features a large sectional with a flat-screen 86-inch television mounted on the wall. It's a great place to spend a memorable evening with your family. To the right of the house, you will find a large dining area with plenty of seating.

The large glass panel sliding doors on the ground floor allow for plenty of natural lighting and also provide access to your own private resort style pool. On the pool deck, you will also find a large Weber grill with Caribbean-inspired pool furniture and a stylish gourmet Weber grill.

Play a game of pool in the yacht-inspired game room, or watch Jaws at the under-the sea movie theater.

When you are ready to retire for the night, choose from one of 12 bedrooms. Two master suites have attached spa-like ensuites. The kids will love the themed bunk beds in many of the bedrooms.

Resort Community

The exclusive community of Encore is conveniently located near all the top attractions. There are also tons of restaurants and shopping options. The resort grounds are well-maintained and feature beach volleyball courts, a bar and restaurant, and cozy seating areas. The HOA has many restrictions that prevent access to the Encore waterpark. Jimmy Buffett's Island is a larger and more advanced waterpark that is only a 10-minute drive from the property.

Neighborhood

This home is centrally located and just steps from all the action. Walt Disney World, Disney Springs and ESPN Wide World of Sports are all within 15 minutes. Irlo Bronson/192 is home to many great shops and restaurants, including Ford's Garage and Carrabba's. Bonefish Grill, Miller's Ale House and Cracker Barrel can be reached in less than 10 minutes.
