Upon entering, and a few steps past the foyer, you’ll notice the expansive living/ dining/ kitchen area, furnished with contemporary furniture and high-end kitchen appliances. In fact, the kitchen features dual refrigerators and dishwashers to make preparing meals for large groups a breeze. The spacious living area features a large comfy sectional and 86 inch mounted flat-screen television and becomes the foundation of a memorable family night. A large dining table with lots of seating can be found to the right of the kitchen.<br />

The ground floor gets plenty of natural light, thanks to the large glass panel sliding door which is also your access to your very own private resort-style pool. Stylish Caribbean inspired pool furniture can also be found on the pool deck for all of your entertainment and relaxation needs.<br />

Speaking of entertainment, head to the epic arcade game room and challenge someone to a game of foosball or one of the many arcade machines then head upstairs to the yacht inspired billiards room to play a round of pool and watch Jaws in the under-the-sea movie theater.<br />

When you’re ready to call it a night, head to one of the 12 bedrooms including two master suites with attached spa-like en-suite. There are numerous themed bedrooms with bunk beds which the kids will surely love.<br />

You’ll find the exclusive community of Encore to be conveniently located minutes away from all of the top attractions, tons of restaurants, and more shopping than you’ll be able to handle. Stroll the well-manicured grounds of the resort and find beach volleyball courts, a clubhouse with restaurants and bars, and many cozy seating areas. Unfortunately, Encore waterpark access is not available as the HOA has many restrictions. Jimmy Buffett’s Island H2O, a much larger and advanced waterpark is a mere 10-minute drive away.<br />

Guests will find this home as centrally located as it gets just steps away from all the action. You’re less than 15 minutes to Walt Disney World, Disney Springs, and ESPN Wide World of Sports. Great shops and eateries such as Ford’s Garage, Carrabba’s, Bonefish Grill, Miller’s Ale House, and Cracker Barrel are all within 10 minutes on Irlo Bronson/ 192.<br />
